@Radford_Global I'm being told that your technology salary survey does not include "Site Reliability Engineer". A job title at Google, LinkedIn, Autodesk, Facebook, Dropbox, Apple, Best Buy, Oracle, Splunk, Adobe, Twitter, Dell, SolarWinds, Atlassian... Is this possible?
I remember when @mf_long was that capacity planning engineer. Lucky to have been able to witness your career trajectory. Congrats! https://twitter.com/SalesforceEng/status/971127511466745856

We always have Slack, Hangouts, and a GDoc open during incidents. I think the concern was with the word "ALWAYS". Use the right tool for the job and all that. Slack can also get pretty darn noisy during an incident.
