Internet done broked this morning b/c of an internal wiring problem as a result of construction. Called @monkeybrainsnet for help and they were onsite with fix in 2 hours, the same day!! Amazing customer service, rock solid Internets, and only $35/mo. Wow.

We always have Slack, Hangouts, and a GDoc open during incidents. I think the concern was with the word "ALWAYS". Use the right tool for the job and all that. Slack can also get pretty darn noisy during an incident.
