I'd argue that you know exactly what problem you are trying to solve, and use the tool for that. What Bridget (and I) are trying to say that if you've got a systemic problem, just using a tool does not solve it without analyzing the system. e.g. deploy is slow...containers!

Heh, I think you're confusing it not being about the tools with #NoTools. Like people confuse DevOps with NoOps. The right tool for the job is still a thing. But cultural problems (not saying ALL problems) are not solved by any tool in isolation.
