@mary_grace I thought the answer to resilience at 3 levels was psychological safety. Person gets support from friends/team as one speaker showed was critical. Team is resilient because of trust/in-group feeling. Systems get resilience from diversity of ideas in safe environment.

c. The point is not to work less, but to get MORE productivity. If you work in an environment where there is pressure to ship from 9 am Monday till 6 pm Friday then by all means do so. I have never suggested otherwise. You don’t have 2/3
